Job Title: Barber Shop Manager

LALA JI THE BARBER LIMITED is seeking a skilled and experienced Barber Shop Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our barbershop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and train a team of barbers and support staff to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase customer base and revenue.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, inventory, and contracts to optimize profitability.
  • Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
