Job Title: Barber Shop Manager

LALA JI THE BARBER LIMITED is seeking a skilled and experienced Barber Shop Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our barber shop, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of barbers to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets, manage inventory, and implement policies and procedures for staff.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
