Job Summary:
The Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall operation of a Spirit Halloween store. This includes ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services and controlling expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store, including shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Lead and manage a team of retail associates to ensure excellent Guest Services and a positive store environment.
- Monitor and control expenses to meet or exceed budgeted targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement is 21 years old.
- Must have a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a seasonal store.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours per day.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this role require standing/walking for 8+ hours per day, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
