About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to lead our branch operations in Rosemont, QC. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory. You'll report to our District Manager and provide guidance, training, and coaching to all branch staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of all staff.
  • Manage the branch's P&L, budgets, expenses, and inventory.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Ensure all employees comply with health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years' proven sales and supervisory experience.
  • A track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Recognized as an outstanding communicator, problem-solver, and leader.
  • A team player.
  • Organized and excellent interpersonal skills.
