Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Pay and receive payments for goods
  • Perform brake adjustments
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods
Requirements:
  • AZ class license
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
Work Environment:

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be working on the road, often for extended periods. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
