Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

GTL Transportation Inc is seeking a reliable and skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Long Haul Truck Driver to transport goods and materials across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a valid AZ class license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • AZ class license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel cross-border, extended periods, and overnight
  • Flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Work Environment:

The Long Haul Truck Driver will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
