Job Summary

We're seeking a charismatic Guest Service Leader to join our team in Penticton. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading by example, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu, promotions, and events to effectively upsell and promote our offerings
  • Build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and management to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform business decisions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Liquor Service certification
