Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Guest Service Leader to join our team in Penticton. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading by example, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu, promotions, and services
  • Build strong relationships with guests, team members, and vendors
  • Drive sales growth through effective upselling and suggestive selling techniques
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Liquor Service certification
