Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Capital Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Establish work schedules and manage staff performance
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in food service management
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Food Safety Certificate and Serving It Right Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
