About the Role

Pride Pak Canada is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations in the trade and broadcasting industries. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management
  • Strategic Partnerships
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and business partners
    • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as finance or accounting
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the trade and broadcasting industries
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building
    • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in financial software and systems
