Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you'll work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs. Your expertise in financial technology and exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product and technology solutions through consulting, training, and implementation project activities.
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that drive business results.
- Participate in sales presentations and conduct follow-up product and technical demos/training as needed.
- Identify additional product/services opportunities through client engagements and develop strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
- Bookkeeping or accounting background is an asset.
- Experience working with financial apps or similar technologies.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences of up to 100 people.
- Excellent people skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Proven track record of working with clients and delivering results.
- Ability to travel to Canada and work in a hybrid role (2/3 days a week in office).
