Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our team at Intuit. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your technical expertise and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their requirements and recommend optimal product and technology solutions.
  • Design and develop product and technology solutions that meet clients' specifications.
  • Implement, configure, and deploy solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Provide training to clients to ensure their successful adoption of the solutions.
  • Identify additional product/services opportunities through customer engagements and present them to sales and account management teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Middle market operations or finances (desired).
  • CPA or PCL certified.
  • Strong Payroll knowledge.
  • Accounting knowledge.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software systems, technology solutions, and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and growth.
