Job Title: Retail Sales Clerk

BC LTD is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Clerk to join our team. As a Retail Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
