Job Summary

LE002 Flagship Facility Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisors 2nd and 3rd Shift Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising employees and delegating tasks to ensure efficient work area coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality of work.
  • Identify and resolve problems and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicate with management and staff to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as reporting and record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; three to five years of related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Working Conditions

  • Work in a fast-paced office environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Exposure to dust, odors, and other environmental hazards.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects.
