Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily store operations to achieve sales and customer service goals.
    • Evaluate store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Plan and organize store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
    • Manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
    • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to increase customer retention and sales.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective marketing strategies.
    • Implement price and credit policies to maximize sales and profitability.
    • Develop and implement in-store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that the store is fully stocked and merchandised.
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the store, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, hire, and train new employees to ensure that the store has the right talent and skills to meet customer needs.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to help them grow and develop in their roles.
    Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
