About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare menus, estimate food requirements, and requisition supplies
  • Supervise kitchen staff, train new employees, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen operations to meet customer demands
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
