Job Summary

The Dental Practice Manager - Operations Lead is a key role within MHMI, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and protocols of the dental clinic. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively coordinate schedules, supervise team members, and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management
    • Coordinate schedules for optimal practice efficiencies in both clinical and administrative areas.
    • Supervise team members and ensure adherence to office protocols and policies.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Financial Management
    • Track and maintain monthly budgets for payroll, office expenses, and sundry costs.
    • Monitor and report on budget and production goals.
    • Control accounts receivable and provide monthly reporting.
  • Team Development
    • Delegation of workload and hiring of new team members when necessary.
    • Onboarding process for all roles in the office.
    • Maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the dental practice.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Scheduling and leading monthly team meetings.
    • Conflict resolution and maintaining a respectful work environment.
    • Reporting on budget and production goals.
  • Facility and Equipment Management
    • Ensure the facility and equipment are well maintained.
    • Present a positive professional image of the office.

Requirements

Strong business acumen and experience in managing dental business operations, including people, finances, inventory, and systems management.
