Restaurant Manager

Anejo Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Anejo Restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
