Job Opportunity: Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our L'OCA Quality Market team as a Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our store, including the sales floor, washrooms, office spaces, and kitchen dishwasher station.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including replenishing cleaning supplies and ensuring customer seating areas are pristine.
- Deep clean the washrooms and other high-traffic areas, paying close attention to detail to ensure a sparkling clean environment.
- Assist and collaborate with other departments, including cross-training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued.
- Adhere to our highest standards and procedures, including food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Attend store-wide meetings and participate in inventory count days to contribute to the success of our team.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and team-building skills.
- An eye for detail and a hands-on approach to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Ability to teach and guide others constructively.
- Solid understanding of safety policies and regulatory procedures.
- Good with numbers and proficiency in financial performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, and related applications.
