Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently;
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment;
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions and provide product recommendations;
- Greet customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner;
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues and customers alike;
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations;
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
