Dry Cleaning Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dry Cleaning Technician to join our team at Millcreek Cleaners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of dry cleaning and laundry services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate dry-cleaning and washing machines, dryers, and blow-drying machines to clean and finish garments.
  • Mix and add detergents, dyes, bleaches, starches, and other solutions and chemicals to achieve optimal cleaning results.
  • Hand fold and bag shirts, sheets, and other articles to ensure they are presented in a professional and attractive manner.
  • Operate finishing equipment such as steam pressers and hand irons to finish pants, jackets, shirts, skirts, and other dry cleaned and laundered articles.
  • Check finished dry-cleaned or laundered articles to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to operate complex equipment.
