Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dry Cleaning Technician to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating dry-cleaning and washing machines, mixing and adding detergents, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dry-cleaning and washing machines, dryers, and blow-drying machines to clean and finish garments.
  • Mix and add detergents, dyes, bleaches, starches, and other solutions and chemicals to achieve optimal cleaning results.
  • Hand fold and bag shirts, sheets, and other articles to ensure they are properly cleaned and presented.
  • Operate finishing equipment such as steam pressers and hand irons to finish pants, jackets, shirts, skirts, and other dry cleaned and laundered articles.
  • Check finished dry-cleaned or laundered articles to ensure that they meet our establishment standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work 32 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
