About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Culinary Coordinator to join our team at Rosel's Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and execute special events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Culinary Operations: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ordering and receiving goods in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
  • Buffet and Banquet Organization: Organize and execute buffets and banquets, ensuring exceptional presentation and customer satisfaction.

  • Support for Persons with Disabilities: Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
