About the Role
Job Summary
Trouw Nutrition is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Charlottetown, PEI. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Trouw Nutrition's values proposition and services to existing and potential customers in the dairy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and feed volume in the PEI region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Analyze sales performances and strategic plans to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in animal science, animal nutrition and production, or a related dairy production field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the dairy industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customers and attend sales events.
