Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and reporting on clients with various physical, emotional, and cognitive disabilities. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, delegate tasks to rehabilitation assistants, and maintain accurate clinical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with diverse needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and referral sources to ensure comprehensive care
- Delegate tasks and supervise rehabilitation assistants as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
- Participate in ongoing education and training activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
