Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is a must.
