Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows.
  • Implement ServiceNow configurations, including tables, forms, and business rules.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and configuration.
  • Excellent understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security, and performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow GRC, SecOps, ITBM, SAM, HAM, FSM, VRM, IH, and Integrations.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
