Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing treatment plans independently or in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and plan the work of others, including APRNs and nursing staff.
- Develop and implement quality assessment and performance improvement programs to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced practice nursing licensure and certification as an APRN.
