We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at ESSKAY HOMES INC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
Key Responsibilities- Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Read and interpret technical documents to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
- Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
- Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
- Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
- Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
You will work in a fast-paced environment with varying work sites, including construction sites, commercial buildings, and residential areas. You will be required to work in confined spaces, wet/damp conditions, and handle heavy loads.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
