Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

LAMPLIGHTER INN is seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our building, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Supervise other workers
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
