About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Wild Wing Brantford. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu and exceptional customer experience.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health and sustainability of our restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, stocking, and maintenance of inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Scheduling and Workload Management: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, and to optimize workload and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
