Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Industrial Plastics Fabricators Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our plastic products manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities
    • Direct and supervise a team of 3-4 production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Prepare Reports and Analyze Data
    • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze data to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Set Up and Maintain Equipment
    • Set up and maintain processing machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supervise and Develop Team Members
    • Supervise and develop a team of plastics processing machine operators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
  • Work Environment
    • Urban area.
    • Plastic products manufacturers.
  • Physical Demands
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
