Job Title: Assistant Manager - Customer Experience and Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Mathnasium, a leading math learning center in South Surrey. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer experience to our enrolled families and driving business growth through new enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Centre Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
  • Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
  • Maintain a high level of customer service through regular communication with parents and sending student progress updates
  • Manage the customer experience from initial contact to ongoing support
  • Identify opportunities for promoting the brand through community networking and partnerships
  • Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
  • Mentor and support employee development through on-the-job training
  • Provide instruction to students as needed and become proficient with digital educational materials
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or higher
  • Solid math skills up to algebra level
  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Supervisory or leadership experience
  • Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained
  • Proficiency in computer skills
