Job Title: Demolition Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a skilled Demolition Foreman/Woman to join our team at Binners. As a key member of our demolition crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of demolition projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to demolition crew members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to complete tasks effectively.
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement demolition plans, taking into account site conditions, safety protocols, and environmental considerations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide coaching to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
