Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Demolition Foreman to join our team at Binners. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of demolition experts and overseeing the safe and efficient execution of demolition projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Estimate costs and materials for demolition projects
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to coordinate and schedule activities
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Read blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate demolition planning
  • Train or arrange for training for team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in demolition or a related field
  • Dependability, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player skills
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
