Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Pizzawingsandsnacks. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and recruit and hire staff as needed.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
