Culinary Specialist Job Description

At Summit Terrace Inc., we are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
