Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at KI-ONE INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and decorating, with experience in preparing surfaces, applying paint and wallpaper, and ensuring a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Apply paint and wallpaper to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
