Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at KI-ONE INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and decorating, with experience in preparing surfaces, applying paint and wallpaper, and erecting scaffolding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix paint to the desired colour and texture.
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
