Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Menchies Frozen Yogurt. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and portion food items, such as yogurt and toppings, according to our menu and quality standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including the food counter, dishroom, and surrounding areas.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food and supplies, including yogurt, toppings, and cleaning products.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or related environment.
