About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team at Dance World Co. The successful candidate will have a strong background in dance performance and teaching, with a focus on musical theatre or variety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach dance techniques and artistic interpretation to students of various skill levels
  • Prepare students for auditions and performances, including solo and ensemble work
  • Develop and lead dance routines for various settings, including concert halls, stages, and television productions
  • Collaborate with other artists and educators to create engaging and challenging dance experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in dance education and performance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in dance performance and teaching
  • Strong background in musical theatre or variety dance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
