Prairie Mountain Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and residents in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

About the Role:

• Deliver high-quality patient care by practicing within the scope of the Licensed Practical Nurses Act, the approved College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM) Scope of Practice and Entry-Level Competencies, provincial and federal legislation, and professional ethics.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and address complex health needs.
