About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Master to join our team at Indian Sweet Master Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for creating delicious pastries, bread, and sweet goods that exceed our customers' expectations.

Job Description
  • Prepare high-quality dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Working Conditions

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, paid in accordance with Canadian tax laws. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, and a generous paid time off policy.
