Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Winters Instruments. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and organize transportation orders and instructions received from customers
  • Plan and coordinate the operational logistics of our organization, including tracking and completing work orders
  • Perform routine clerical duties, such as maintaining work records and logs
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transportation operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
