Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Stedfasts Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage transportation schedules and routes
  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of transportation activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or transportation coordination
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
