The Opportunity

We're seeking a bright and outgoing individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you'll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions to protect their most valuable assets.

A Day in the Life

  • Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs, helping them develop the best coverage for their personal insurance, including habitational, travel, and automobile insurance.
  • Follow up regularly on sales leads and referral prospects to ensure timely and accurate processing of policies.
  • Process and conduct renewals, ensuring policies are issued accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Achieve sales and retention goals and targets, driving business growth and success.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in all our Personal Lines and Auto products through continuous education and learning opportunities.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Minimum 2 years of Personal Insurance experience.
  • Level 2 General Insurance License is required.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives and achieve business goals.
