Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Renovatedly Inc.

Job Summary:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of residential projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Own vehicle.
Work Environment:

This role requires frequent site visits, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
