Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Renovatedly Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Resource Management: Requisition materials and supplies, estimate costs, and manage budgets to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in residential construction or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate and have a valid driver's license.
