We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Nova Scotia Health Authority. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary health care services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a continuum of care.
- Participate in quality improvement and evaluation activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) to record patient details and collaborate with other team members.
- Work towards same-day or next-day access for the practice population.
- Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS).
- Eligibility for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certifications.
