About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team at Weir. As a key customer contact, you will be responsible for representing, supporting, and selling our products and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities and increase sales revenue through effective relationship-building and account management.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients, including on-site problem-solving and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with our Sales Manager and Product Managers to develop and execute business plans, forecasts, and sales strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety and adhere to our zero-harm behaviors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial or mining sales.
  • Prior knowledge of slurry pumps, cyclones, valves, and rubber products is preferred.
